Why Infrared Sauna?

Infrared heat is required by all living things for optimum health. In our sauna’s a beautiful radiant heat surrounds you like a warm hug and penetrates deeply into your joints, muscles and tissues increasing oxygen flow and circulation. Unlike a traditional sauna the cabin isn’t stuffy and you can sit comfortably for 30 minutes allowing your body to really experience the healing of heat.

The combination of near and far infrared waves helps to remove impurities from your cells, specifically the cells inside our fat where our body stores waste and harmful toxins such as cholesterol and heavy metals. This deep sweat we experience leaves us feeling lighter and happier.

Our Hot Yoga Sauna

Clearlight® Sauna uses advanced True Wave® heater technology that combines special carbon and ceramic heaters to provide a safe infrared sauna experience with low EMF and ELF.
The True Wave® far infrared panels are located on the back, sides, and floor of the sauna.
In our Sanctuaryâ„¢ model, full spectrum heaters are near the door for quick heating. These heaters offer 1,000 watts of combined infrared wavelengths, significantly more powerful than competitors.
The sauna includes medical-grade Chromotherapy with 96 LEDs in 12 colors, allowing you to enjoy a full light spectrum often lacking in most homes and offices.
You can also listen to audiobooks or meditations using the built-in Bluetooth speakers.

The Sauna is available for one individual to engage in various stretches and movements, providing ample room for personal space and comfort. Additionally, it is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate up to three people seated together, making it an excellent option for those who wish to relax in a small group setting.

The recommended ideal temperature for an infrared sauna ranges from 45 to 65°C for optimal results.
However, it's essential to be aware of your core body temperature! If you don't begin to sweat significantly because your core temperature isn't rising adequately, you may miss out on numerous benefits.

The infrared waves heat the body to the core which causes an increase in blood flow. Heating the body itself from the core rather than heating the cabin air means that it is more comfortable than a traditional sauna to sit and relax in.
