Mederi Signature with Hannah
Intuitive Deep Relaxation Session
60 minutes working with you as an individual on your specific wellbeing requirements. Are you looking to sleep better? Improve your stress resilience? Reduce anxiety symptoms? Massage
Relaxation Massage combines different massage techniques with gentle pressure on areas that feel tense. If you are feeling pain in any particular areas we will add our incredible red light heat lamp to gently loosen those niggly muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage offers both physical and psychological benefits. It helps to treat muscle pain and improve stiffness. The session Ends with a beautiful head massage to take you deep into a relaxed state.
Advanced Clinical Massage
The Jing Method is a deep tissue approach that combines advanced techniques such as trigger point therapy, fascial work, acupressure, stretching, and personalized self-care to alleviate chronic pain. It addresses over 80 chronic pain conditions, including herniated discs and whiplash, through advanced clinical and sports massage techniques.Pregnancy Massage

Craniosacral Therapy
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is a non-invasive, hands-on, holistic treatment that resolves a variety of conditions and restores health.
It is a deeply holistic approach that acknowledges the interconnectedness of our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies. BCST facilitates the restoration of harmony within the body, allowing the inherent wisdom and intelligence of our system to emerge.

Crystal & Chakra Healing
Eastern medicine has long believed that we don’t just have a physical body, we have a subtle energy body too. It’s made up of 7 energy centres called chakras.
These spinning wheels link our physical being with the energy around it. As the chakras turn, they draw energy in and out of our body. When our chakras are clear, we feel balanced, confident and content. But, if even one is blocked we can feel the opposite, run down, lethargic, perhaps angry or be struggling to sleep.
For 60/90 minutes I will ask a number of questions relating to each chakra and then use crystals, hot stones (select to add hot stones) ,colour therapy, or breathwork to remove blockages to bring you back into alignment.

Reiki
Reiki is a technique that uses energy force to reduce stress and anxiety and encourage relaxation. The method uses gentle touch and placement for healing and tries to improve balance in your body. It does not treat conditions on its own but can be used to support traditional treatment you may receive.

Reflexology
Reflexology uses specific techniques of massage and manipulation of the hands or feet to stimulate the body’s natural healing responses and to promote a sense of general wellbeing.
Reflexologists believe that there are specific reflex points in the hands and feet which correspond to all organs, glands, and parts of the body.
Stimulating these reflex areas unblocks nerve impulses and improves blood circulation to leave you feeling physically relaxed and re-energized.
Reflexology treatments also calm and relax the mind thereby reducing stress and anxiety.
You can also use reflexology in conjunction with medicine and drugs as a natural method of pain relief and healing.
Guided Meditation with Hannah
Meditation increases resilience to stress and improves mental health - science proves this. But, if you have a busy mind (don’t we all?!), it can feel tricky to master the technique. Thoughts bombard you and you can’t seem to find that sweet “zen” spot. If this sounds familiar, then you might find it easier to be guided by a teacher.
My 30-minute guided meditations are designed to help your mind stay focussed. The meditation is tailored for your individual needs and I lead you through it step by step, leaving less room for a wandering mind (a little wandering is perfectly normal!).
The result? A you who is more content being simply present in the moment. A you who is less inclined to worry about events you can’t change or things that may not even happen. A you who can disconnect from negative thoughts and emotions.
And, best of all, you armed with breathing techniques to use whenever you feel anxious or worried.

Her expertise allows her to instruct individuals in effective and proper breathing techniques, thereby maximizing the potential benefits that can be found within each and every breath we take.
