For some treatments, a deposit of half or the full fee is required online at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
To avoid late cancellation or rescheduling fees, please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your treatment. Late cancellation or rescheduling fees are 50% of the treatment cost, and 100% if less than 24 hours' notice is given for appointments with therapists.
