First Float with us?

Take a moment to have a quick look to feel comfortable with everything in your surroundings and the details present.
This will help ensure you are at ease and fully prepared for what comes next.

This experience is unmatched!
To not feel gravity, to minimize distractions as much as possible, reducing sight and sound, with a temperature matching our body's…

We invite you to explore you state of being.
Don't worry, feeling nervous is natural, but we've got your back! We will make sure your session is well-supported.

  1. Take a quick shower with a luke warm water before entering the pod.
Swimwear is not required for floating.

  2. You may close the lid immediately or gradually, whichever is more comfortable for you.
(Closing the lid while floating ensures that the pod maintains the optimal temperature for comfort and benefit.)

  3. Find a comfortable position; it might take some time as you become aware of your body's tension. Allow your head to tilt back slightly, which will enable your neck to relax. You head wont sink, don’t you worry about it.

  4. You will likely lose track of time and your location within the pod; falling asleep is possible. If your mind is active, focus on your breathing to help settle.

  5. Your experience will be influenced by your mindset and expectations. Reactions vary widely, from intense joy to boredom; however, the predominant reaction is deep relaxation.

  6. Once the sound stops, your session ends, giving you 10 minutes to shower and dress.

  7. Following that, you may spend some time in the Relaxation Room.

Room:

The LED light is equipped with a built-in sensor that will turn off if no movement is detected for 10 minutes.

The shower cabin, located in the corner (same room where the pod), is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner.

POD:

On the left-hand side, there's a switch for the pod's lid lights. Pressing it twice quickly in succession will activate a different color setting.

On the right-hand side, you'll find an emergency button. There's also a water bottle provided; if salt gets into your eyes, you can use it to rinse them out. However, be careful not to touch the eye area.

The lid has a handle for opening and closing. You may leave it fully open, half-open, or slightly ajar. Remember, the lids are delicate, so avoid placing any body weight on them.

Sound Program:

  1. Continuous wave sounds throughout.

  2. Wave sounds for the first 10 minutes and the last 5 minutes.

  3. Wave sounds only for the final 5 minutes.

Please inform us which option you would prefer to initiate your float session.

Equipment:

Halo
It is like a pillow under your head, if you wish to use it.

We provide doodles for pregnant ladies.

Earplugs: Squeeze the foam ones tightly, rolling it between your forefinger and thumb to create a long thin point. Insert the earplugs quickly, holding your finger on each plug until it fully expands. Repeat the process for the other ear.

Vaseline: it can be applied to small cuts or open wounds to prevent the sting from salty water. However, ensure the skin is dry and clean before application.

Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are located in the shower cabin.

Hairdryer, mirror at the back station (not in the room).
