What’s the buzz about breathwork?

I can reach CALM quicker by breathing only through my nose 👃

😴Better sleep comes with mouth taping to prevent snoring. (Don’t be nervous you can work up to this) You can achieve a much deeper sleep with nasal breathing.

Stronger core from breathing into the diaphragm 🫁 Will improve posture too.

Improved tolerance in stressful situations, nasal breathing gives you the ability to tolerate longer breath holds and reduces your sensitivity to CO2 in the bloodstream.

Your heart becomes stronger as you improve your circulation, you’ll notice it quickly returns to its normal rate after exercise.

During the course I've been able to share these breathing techniques I've learnt over the last couple of years with some regular clients at Mederi Wellness. The way the breathwork reduces the anxiety and tension held within their body has just been magical to watch. Being able to improve someone's sleep and perception of their pain levels is also something I've loved to be a part of.
