Floatation Therapy…..

Is it like a ‘traditional’ therapy?

It is similar….just a lot LESS TALKING!

Therapy is a way to improve your health, and reconnect to your spiritual being.
It is said that you are your own best teacher. It makes it easier if you are free from environmental distractions, to begin learning to simply 'be' and to understand that “being” is sufficient.

…and that is why Floatation tanks were created.

Each floatation session is unique, depending on your current body-mind-soul state.
It is tailored to your needs, your familiarity with relaxation, and how your body and mind are feeling.~~~

But a few things are certain:

1.

The water, filled with half a tonne of Epsom salt, will keep your body held within the water, allowing your physical body to become one with the salty solution and encouraging it to unwind.

You might become aware of some tension in your body, often in the neck and shoulders, tension that has gone unnoticed for so long it has become the norm.

It may take two or three gentle attempts to release this tension.

Simply breathe in, and as you exhale, gently remind yourself: "I release all that does not serve my greatest need."

2.

The water may appear still, yet you might notice your own movement. This is because your breathing, heartbeat, and even the slightest micro-movements can cause your body to move.

3.

An hour is both necessary and more than enough to make a significant impact. After the session, you will undoubtedly notice a difference, whether it's in your body, mind, or both.

Our clients regularly use floatation therapy to manage anxiety, depression, stress, physical pain, and to improve sleep, relaxation, and rejuvenation, as well as for self-exploration.

One good practice is to keep a float journal to record your thoughts and observations before and after each session ;)
