Take advantage of a rejuvenating 30-minute experience in our Hot Yoga Sauna with your friends and neighbours.

Bring your own towel, and please be informed that we do not have a separate changing room available.

Exclusive time slots for LADIES are from 10 am to 11 pm, with sessions beginning at 10 am, and 10:30 am.

For Gentlemen, time slots are between 1 pm and 2 pm, starting at 1 pm, 1.30 pm.

For MIX GENDERS, time slots are available from 4 pm to 5 pm, starting at 4 pm, 4:30 pm.

The fee is £10.
